When you are surrounded by people who consume drugs, it becomes hard to trust them. There are many benefits to implementing an emotional intelligence leadership training for your workplace.

It is important to take the time to educate your employees. Remember that not everyone comes from a great background and reading a policy could be a foreign language to them. It is best to have a team of people who are experienced at teaching others about what is good for them and what isn t. They are also skilled at helping staff to feel empowered and gain confidence that they can take control of their lives.

Creating a support room is not a bad idea. You can have one room in the office which is dedicated to one person at a time. Everyone is allowed to spend some time there when they feel overwhelmed. You can also have regular tests done. This can be part of your policy that you can do this even without notice. This will urge staff not to try it. Even if they do use these substances, they shouldn t do it at work or just before work because it will affect their productivity. To know that you may conduct tests, it will keep them away from it when they are around the work environment.
