Remember that a lot of the anxious feelings you have can lead to depression, so one needs to deal with this. Acupuncture can also be something to think about because this can help with the pain.

A lot of people find that the creative process can also be incredibly helpful. You learn to focus on the body and this in turn helps the mind. You can start to paint or draw. You don't have to be a Picasso. Just get the acrylics out along with a sheet of paper and start to express yourself in a non-verbal way. You will start to feel that this promotes a great sense of freedom in your life.
