Foods rich in cholesterol and fats would be avoided because they cause obesity, heart disease and diabetes. Taking less carbohydrates and more protein fastens weight loss.

Honey serves as both food and sweetener and should therefore be preferred to sugar, saccharin and other unhealthy sweeteners. These sweeteners are also commonly used in making fast foods such as cakes, pastries and carbonated drinks. Since these are unhelpful to the body and capable of causing diabetes or obesity, it is better to dispose them.

Too much unhealthy foods can also cause heart diseases. This is common among people with very busy schedules with little time to rest and eat wholesome meals. Consuming lots of hamburgers, ice cream and pastries will lead to the occurrence of heart disease in the future. Similarly, consumption of cold drinks especially with oily foods is an unhealthy way of eating and can also cause heart problems.

With regards to the occurrence of cancer, it can be said that some foods are healthy while some others are very harmful. The way food is prepared determines to a large extent the quality of nutrients that can be obtained from it. For instance, tomato is good for fighting cancer cells but it becomes an enemy of man and supporter of cancer when it is canned. Other canned foods are also capable of containing carcinogenic substances.

The best way to save for good health is by avoiding those unhealthy practices that can spark the appearance of certain health problems. Some cancer cases need a lot of money to treat but you can save that amount now by taking some preventive measures. Such practices include taking fruits, vegetables and garlic.

Obeying every commandment of adopting a healthy diet plan is stressful but beneficial in the end. It promotes long life as a result of non occurrence of life-threatening illnesses such as heart diseases and cancer. Unfortunately, anyone who fails to meet up with the demands will likely be faced with the challenge of dealing with some problems for a long term. Definitely, the most preferred option should be an early intervention through recipes that support good health.
